Our Exercise Physiology Clinic in Moonee Ponds

Nestled in the heart of Moonee Ponds, our EP clinic is conveniently located on the corner of Homer Street and  Margaret Street – opposite Moonee Ponds station carpark. What started as personal training has grown into a full-service allied health clinic offering exercise physiology, clinical pilates, nutrition, injury rehab, and more.

Most private health funds offer rebates for exercise physiology services, so check in with your insurer to see what’s covered. No referral is needed – we’re here to make sure your health journey is fully supported.

Clinical Pilates

If you’re recovering from an injury or easing back into movement after surgery, our Moonee Ponds Exercise Physiologists are here to help you find your flow. All trained in clinical pilates, we create personalised 1:1 and 2:1 sessions that meet your body where it’s at and guide you to where you want to be.

Whether you’re recovering post-op, regaining strength, or looking for a gentle, low-impact way to move during pregnancy or postpartum, our Clinical Pilates sessions lead you on a journey of balance, strength and mind-body connection.

Meet the Team

Body Place is a community-focused studio founded by sister duo, Jacquii and Angela. Born from a vision to create an inclusive, feel-good space that empowers you through movement that feels authentically you.

Our Melbourne allied health exercise physiology team are more than a group of trainers. They’re the friendly faces on your team, cheering you on and making Body Place a space where you nourish your mind, body, and soul with every visit.

Some kind words.

“I highly recommend Body Place and their Exercise Physiologist team. As someone who is deaf and hearing impaired and has multiple injuries, I was initially skeptical about finding an EP who could cater to my specific needs. However, the team were able to design a program that was tailored to my needs and helped me manage my pain. They are kind, thoughtful, and patient in communicating with me.”

Dimi Dinas

"I met Sarah to help with chronic neck pain through an Exercise Physiology program. She taught me proper technique and expanded my workout plan. I now attend small group classes for variety and confidence. Highly recommend Sarah for achieving better health and strength."

Andy Freeman

"After a 4-week hospital stay and a follow-on week in rehab, I left to attend Body Place in Moonee Ponds with Sarah, a qualified Exercise Physiologist. I started with twice-weekly private sessions, now attending small group sessions. Sarah creates challenging yet manageable workout plans and the group is friendly. I am really enjoying the program."
